Project Maintenance: Any small patch updates and any minor updating works based on the number of hours would be taken by a separate maintenance team. GMR offers a shared maintenance team for all its clients and allocates ‘x’ number of hours based on the maintenance agreement signed. GMR also provides a dedicated maintenance team if required upon your request. For any Quality related issues, we encourage our clients directly to write to us or call us to discuss. At the end of every project we would be forwarding a feedback form which we wish to see it filled, so that by using this we can see the different ways of improving and find the best way to serve you better.
